Refunds and cancellations

If a file you bought doesn't download or doesn't work as described, contact us through valcenra.com/contact with your receipt and we'll fix it or refund you.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you've paid for. The unused part of a period isn't refunded unless the law requires it.

Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
